At Courts we’re trained to give all our customers the very best service every time you come into the store or phone with an enquiry. Each member of our sales team is fully trained on the benefits of the products we sell, in order to give you clear and concise advice and quickly help you choose the right product for your needs. Courts also has a range of leaflets that will give you advice and tips before you make that all important purchase - ask in store about our range of leaflets.

Availability Guarantee
When we advertise a product we guarantee to have that product in stock and available for delivery, unless we have clearly stated in the advertisement that stock is limited. Occasionally, we do sell out of a product due to unexpected demand, if this happens, we will source additional stock. If this is not possible we will contact you to offer an equivalent product at the same price, or if you prefer, we will give you a full refund.

Lowest prices guaranteed or 110% of the difference
We check our competitors’ prices all the time, that’s how we know we have the lowest prices on everything we sell - cash or credit. We are so sure of our prices that we guarantee them to be the lowest. Should you find the same product freely available and in perfect condition for less elsewhere we will give you 110% of the difference GUARANTEED !!

Easy and instant credit in one hour
Shopping on credit at Courts couldn’t be simpler. We will process your credit application within 1 hour for first time customers, as long as you bring all the following documents: Recent pay slip/job letter/ proof of your business activity Proof of your address ( like a utility bill) Identification card/passport The next time you shop your application would be processed immediately. Every store has staff who will deal with your credit application and a manager who can answer questions you may have on credit. Along with your receipt, you will receive a guide to Courts Easy Credit designed to help you understand and manage your account.

Payment protection included
Whatever Options plan you choose, your product for the term of your agreement is insured against loss (fire, flood or death) providing your account is not in arrears, all the remaining payments will be cancelled. Our Gold Option plan even insures you against burglary and retrenchment .

Free delivery within 2 working days guarantee
Once the sale is complete,we guarantee to have your purchase delivered to your door within 2 working days within Georgetown or as agreed by you. If we are unable to keep this deadline, we will let you know the reason for this delay and will reschedule your delivery with a free gift to cover any inconvenience.

Installation service
Courts now offer installation on almost everything we sell. We willl unpack your purchase and place it in your required position, and even connect it to make sure it works.
We regret that this does not include building works, wiring, or plumbing, but we can arrange (Please ask for details).
We will also take away all the packing and packaging of your old item that we're replaced, but can only do so if you confirm this at the time of your purchase. Please speak to your sales person for more details of our installation service.

30 Day Exchange/Replacement or Refund
We guarantee a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery, if the product is faulty or damaged.

Speedy Repair, Replacement or Loan
If your Courts purchase breaks down at any time, just contact our Customer Relations Department and we will upon examination give you an estimate of how long it will take to repair it. If this is within the warranty period, we will make the repair and charge nothing.

Courts Service Centre- we service what we sell
Our Courts Service Centre has been set up to handle any problems our customers may have with their products, even if it is after the guarantee has expired! If you do have a problem with your purchase, simply come in or call the Customer Relations Department and they will arrange for the product to be seen, advise you how long the repair will take and how much it will cost you. If the problem happens within the guarantee period the repair will be free.
